Retirement of BERITA and Transition to National Wire Service (NWS)
The MYSverse Administration, in consultation with the leadership of BERITA, has made the decision to retire the BERITA name. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the BERITA team and former staff members for their invaluable contributions to MYSverse over the years.
Originally founded as "Bernama" in 2016, BERITA has served as the official state media for MYSverse Sim since its inception. It has played a pivotal role in documenting the group's history, delivering news reports on countless significant events.
The BERITA account will remain accessible for archival purposes, preserving its rich history. During the transition period, the BERITA channel on Discord will be renamed to "BERITA-NWS."
Moving forward, National Wire Service (NWS) has been appointed as the successor agency to BERITA. In the coming weeks, NWS will assume all of BERITA's operations, including the reporting of state news, ensuring a seamless transition and continued coverage for our community.
